Alan Froggatt is an extraordinary visionary leader. He has been such an exceptional colleague that I am finding it difficult to find the words to describe his many gifts. Aware of the spacious stillness in all things, Alan’s heart and mind are expansive enough to hold the entire world. He can sense into suffering, distinguish truth from fiction, and seamlessly move into practical action as needed. He understands the dynamics of global systems, the inner workings of human relationships, individual psychology, advanced theory and how human consciousness creates and influences the world in which we live. Alan’s perceptual acuity combined with his emotional intelligence, and his clear and intuitive sense of direction, along with a great sense of humor, make him a delightful colleague. I’ve worked with him since 2011, in various capacities, and I hope we find ways to collaborate for many more years.
