Genratec Coach Training

The Genratec Coach Development Programme trains professional coaches in the MasterLiving methodology—a rigorous, practice-based approach grounded in developmental theory, human potential, and generative dialogue. Trainees engage in a multi-year pathway that includes live training, supervised client work, peer collaboration, and personal development.

Graduates become part of a select international cohort of Genratec-certified coaches, equipped to work with clients in high-trust, high-impact coaching relationships.
