Participants begin their two year training in the Genratec MasterLiving Associates Programme. On the successful completion of the programme participants gain accreditation.
The first workshop of the June 2007 intake of the Genratec MasterLiving Associates Programme began on the 21st of June and concluded at the end of four very full days on the 24th. This is the third such Associate Programme provided by Genratec.
This event starts the rigorous professional development curriculum for Genratec Associates. Over the next two years they will engage in hundreds of hours of workshops, supervision, case studies, interview panels and study to gain their accreditation.
This training is a demanding journey for participants that facilitates each individual integrating the skills and capacity expected of high calibre professionals.
The commitment of the participants was extraordinary, challenging themselves to extend their understanding and develop a solid personal and professional foundation to deliver the programme.
