Debbie Jeffery

Genratec Accredited Associate

If we take a moment and think about what could be possible, what it is that we’d really love to have in our lives, even in that very moment we begin to define and create a future outside of what’s currently predictable. What could be possible if you thought for more than just a moment?

Debbie Jeffery

Debbie is an accomplished coach who combines insight, empathy, and straight talking to challenge and encourage her clients to live their lives ‘on purpose’. Her clients delight in being able to redefine what is possible for themselves.

An Accredited Associate of Genratec, through her powerful delivery of the Genratec® MasterLiving Programme Debbie enables each client to understand what fundamentally motivates and drives them. This, in turn, enables each of them to focus on and live their lives according to what’s uniquely important to them.

Since 2003 Debbie has been working exclusively with those who are open and willing to explore and realise their own potential.

Creating a new perspective

Debbie’s experience and powerful communication provides the space for her clients to step up and live their lives ‘on purpose’.

By having reflected back to them what they may not have seen for themselves, her clients consistently report being able to see things from a new perspective. And, they express surprise and delight at their own ability to achieve far more than they ever thought possible.

Our ability to communicate effectively and our capacity to relate to each other as human beings sits at the very heart of our future, as individuals and societally. This will require each one of us to look inside for what could be possible.

Debbie works with Managing Directors, General Managers, small to medium business owners, team leaders and individuals from a variety of industries. More importantly though, consistently across all clients, Debbie works with a common attitude – those with a desire and a willingness to look inside and challenge themselves to stretch the edges of their current perceived reality, to expand and realise their own potential.

Debbie’s commitment to her clients is to be a powerful advocate for them being their best, holding them to account and to be steadfastly in their corner, even in the times when they aren’t for themselves.

Debbie believes that our ability to communicate effectively and our capacity to relate to each other as human beings is at the very heart of our future, as individuals, as communities, as countries and as a planet. It is her commitment for humanity and a world that works, that informs the work she does every day.
